The Geospatial Intelligence Analyst is responsible for performing complex and timely geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis in support of JSOTFs engaged in combat operations throughout the world. Duties include but are not limited to the Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of ground feature data and remotely sensed data such as Multi-Spectral Imagery (MSI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and Electro-Optical Imagery. Shall demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to brief superiors and customers on technical matters. Based on qualifications and experience, applicants will be assessed as either Advanced or Senior Geospatial Intelligence Analysts. Positions are limited, so responsiveness is critical.

  • TS/SCI security clearance
  • Minimum of six years analytical experience within DOD or relevant non-DOD employers required, with four out of the previous six years of actual hands on experience

Imagery Analyst shall be proficient in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. Candidates must perform at a highly proficient level on core Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) analysis and Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation with recent, hands on experience. Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively work, individually or as a member of a team, and take the lead on select tasks as required. Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard. The Government reserves the right to test typing skills during the SV process.

Requirements:
  • TS/SCI security clearance
  • Minimum of three years hands-on GEOINT Analytical experience within the DoD or Intelligence Community
  • Three years of technical experience
  • At least two years of experience within the past three years with GEOINT exploitation tools such as SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, and MAAS
  • At least two years of experience with GEOINT analysis, GEOINT production, intelligence architecture, intelligence databases, quality control, and training
  • Military personnel who have two years of hands-on FMV analysis experience within the JSOC automatically meet the minimum requirement
